The Journey

Three wings. Eight chambers. One dragon.

The course is organized into three wings: how AI works, how to use AI tools effectively, and how to use AI fairly and honestly. Each chamber contains three reading scrolls, one hands-on activity, and a short quiz. Completing a chamber unlocks the next one.

    Earn gold

You earn gold for every scroll you read, every trial you complete, and every correct answer. Gold also raises your rank, from Peasant all the way up to Guardian of the Citadel.

    Collect honors

Unlock twelve achievements, ranging from Eagle Eye on the archery range to Unscathed in the battle against the dragon.

    Print your knighthood

After you defeat Vortigrax, the Hall of Honors creates a personalized certificate that lists your rank and gold. You can print it.

The doors that glow are open to you. Completing a chamber breaks the seal on the next one. The dragon waits in the highest keep.

      The Highest Keep

      The Siege of Vortigrax

The Dragon of False Information circles the keep. Each of his attacks is a lie about AI. Answer the question correctly to counter the attack, and your knowledge will defeat him.

      The keep is sealed

Complete all eight chambers to break the final seal.

      • Vortigrax attacks with one lie from each chamber you have completed.
      • Choose the correct counter-spell to strike him. Three correct answers in a row land a critical hit.
      • A wrong answer, or running out of time, breaks one of your three shields.

      The AI Lab

      See how AI works, live

The Citadel's alchemists built eight interactive models. Drag, click, and slide them to watch AI learn, make decisions, and make mistakes. Each model has a goal worth 15 gold.
